STORE LEADER – FARNHAM

We're looking for an experienced Store Leader to lead the team at our brand new Farnham store. It will be your job to lead the team in delighting every customer with warm, inspiring and informative service that goes above-and-beyond; embracing our annual strategy and goals to driving your store towards its own commercial success and being natural and brilliant ambassadors of Busby & Fox by embracing brand language, spirit and behaviours.

It'll be your job to add value by:

• Managing and retaining a passionate, motivated, inclusive and goal-focused team.
• Coaching and developing your team to maximise their potential by nurturing a culture of continuous development, and supporting each individual to play their own part in driving the success of your store through leadership, training and inspiration.

RETAIL ASSISTANTS - EXETER & TRURO

Our Retail Assistants ensure Busby & Fox's distinctive ethos, customer care and brand look-and-feel are represented to customers from the moment they first step through our doors and throughout their continued relationship with us. You'll be on hand to provide assistance and advice to customers where needed, process sales and other transactions, and help the store management team make sure the space is well-stocked and beautifully presented at all times.
